Blockchain applications are going mainstream, and hence, would be requiring professionals with different roles and responsibilities including a crypto operations manager.
Restructuring and optimizing the company’s day to day operations specifically in areas of compliance, customer service financial approvals and work flow between departments.
Planning and executing work procedures and technological tools to to create seamless service delivery. Produce workflow manuals for both our internal staff and the company’s clients.
Responsible for quality of service for all of the company’s clients - corporate and individual alike. Defining, sampling and enforcing the determined workflows on the company's staff.
Research and communication with the company’s corporate clients with regards to their needs, handling complaints regarding service, suggestions for improvement and ability to apply conclusions to the work flows in the company.
Review and manage all outgoing communications by email, Skype, ticketing systems, and phones.
Travel abroad will be required on a monthly or semi-monthly basis.
English at a Mother tongue level both verbal and written is an absolute MUST
Extensive experience of at least 3 years in previous customer service and compliance MANAGEMENT and/or strategy roles.
Previous experience structuring customer service, compliance and operations departments including hiring, quality assurance, work procedures, work flows between departments, technical tools and integrations.
Familiarity with the Compliance and customer service procedures working both B2B and C2B.
Management of employees remotely and in office.
o High-level analytical skills. Must be able to gather data from the organization’s systems, analyze it, draw conclusions and suggest a coherent and well articulated action plan to optimize the different activities. o Great organizational and management skills o High level of excel and analytical skills.
