Full responsibility of the financial aspect of the company; Willingness and ability to work hands on, not only to manage others.
Role Requirements
Working in tandem with the company’s accountants (external)
Submit reports to tax authorities both in Israel and in Europe.
Submitting VAT reporting and claiming returns.
Overseeing payroll and pension contributions
Managing an internal bookkeeper, sampling and reviewing their work.
Managing the financial operations of the core operations.
Review over banks and PSPs settlements.
Cultivate direct relationship with multiple suppliers - technology companies, banks, payment processors, legal services, accountants etc. both in Israel and abroad.
Replying to finance queries made by end clients of the company (indirectly - no direct contact with end clients is needed, only through queries by our customer support or compliance staff)
Balance the company’s available funds between accounts and crypto exchanges to reduce risk and exposure.
Generate PnL reporting.
Payout of settlement proceeds to corporate and individual clients.
Skills
CPA certification.
Previous experience working and on boarding specifically with banks, EMIs, payment processors, PSPs, acquiring banks.
English at a mother tongue level.
Previous experience working and submit reporting to the Israeli and European tax and VAT authorities.
Previous experience at the big 4 accounting firms is an advantage.
Knowledge of Crypto currency and money remittance licenses is an advantage.
Exceptional organisational, management and analytical skills
High level of Excel skills.
